Mr Crabb was first appointed to the Board on 21 August 2001. Mr Crabb has had many years experience involved in public company administration.

Mr Craig Mackay is a geologist with 19 years experience and holds Bachelor of Applied Science – Applied Geology, Bachelor of Science (Honours) and Master of Science degrees. He is also a Member of the Australian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy (“AusIMM”). Craig has held positions with a number of major resource companies, including Shell, Acacia Resources and AngloGold. For AngloGold he was the Senior Geologist responsible for project generation and exploration property management in the eastern states of Australia. He is the current Managing Director for Golden Rim Resources Limited.

Mr Gilbert Rodgers is a Chartered Accountant and Company Secretary and holds the degree of Bachelor of Business and is Fellow of the Institute of Company Directors in Australia. Mr Rodgers was first appointed to the Board on 21 August 2001. He has served as a director of ASX listed resource companies including Pilbara Mines NL and Africwest Gold NL. He has been involved in the Mining Industry for more than 26 years. He is also a Director of ASX listed public company, The ARK Fund Limited.

Mr Glenister Lamont has an Honours degree in Mining Engineering and a MBA from IMD, Switzerland. Glenister is a Fellow of Financial Services Institute of Australasia and a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. He has worked as an engineer and manager in gold, base metal and coal mines. Previously General Manager for Ashton Mining, he led strategic planning and commercial implementation of business development. Before that an Executive Director at UBS he undertook financial, technical and strategic evaluation of companies and participated in many corporate transactions. He currently is also a board member for North Australian Diamonds Ltd.
